Candle Care Tips for Optimal Use & Longevity

TRIM:  Trim the wick to 1/4" before each use.  This will ensure a longer cleaner burn, will help control the size of the flame, and reduce wick mushrooming

BURN:  The first time you light your candle, let it burn for 2-3 hours to allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface. This helps prevent tunneling and promotes an even burn throughout its life.

SAFETY:  NEVER leave a burning candle unattended.  Always burn candle on a level, heat resistant surface away from flammable objects. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets

AVOID DRAFTS: To ensure an even burn and avoid uneven melting, keep your candle away from drafts, vents, or open windows. This helps maintain a steady flame and burn time.

EXTINGUISHING THE FLAME: To avoid splashing hot wax, use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame. If using a snuffer, be sure to hold it above the wick to prevent wax from splattering.

STOP & REUSE:  Always discard your candle when only a half inch of wax remains.  Clean and reuse container for decor, plants, organization, and more!

PROPER STORAGE:  Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. This helps preserve the fragrance and ensures the wax maintains its consistency.
