We started Knots in Time because we love the simple things: forest walks, crackling campfires, good company, and candles that make a space feel like home.

Time spent outdoors has always been more than an escape. It’s where we feel grounded, clear-minded, and connected to what matters. A walk through the forest has a way of slowing life down, quieting the noise, and bringing a sense of calm that’s hard to find anywhere else.

When we returned home, we wanted to hold onto that feeling.

But the candles we were burning didn’t reflect the beauty and simplicity we found outdoors. The scents felt artificial, the ingredients didn’t align with our values, and the experience lacked the authenticity we were looking for.

So we created something different.

Thoughtfully made with quality ingredients, clean-burning wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and carefully selected fragrance oils, our candles are designed to deliver a beautiful scent, a clean burn, and a slow burning, lasting glow.

Because the forests that inspired our journey deserve to be protected, giving back is part of who we are. For every candle sold, $1 is donated to Forests Canada to support forest conservation and restoration, helping protect the natural spaces that inspired it all.
