Refund Policy
At Knots in Time, we aim for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free refund process to ensure your peace of mind.
Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized or personalized items, unless they are damaged or defective.
Refund Process:
To initiate a refund and obtain a Return Product Authorization (RPA) number , please contact us at knotsintime5@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
After receiving a RPA number, place the item and the RPA number securely in the original packaging and mail to the address provided.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you prefer to exchange an item for a different product, we are happy to assist you. Please contact us within 10 days of purchase, and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or issuing a full refund.
