At Knots in Time, we are committed to providing you with the best shipping experience possible. We offer reliable and eco-friendly shipping options to ensure that your candles and wood home decor arrive safely and in a timely manner.
Processing Time:
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Custom order processing times will vary.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Methods, Rates & Times:
We offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $120 within Canada. Please note we are unable deliver to P.O. Boxes
Currently we only offer shipping within Canada. We hope to expand our services to International shipping in the future.
Shipping Times:
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected.
Expedited shipping may be selected at checkout should you need your package delivered sooner.
Please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, customs, or high demand during holidays.
Packaging:
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in good condition. We also strive to be as eco-friendly as possible by using recyclable materials in our packaging.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once an order is picked up by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
In the rare event that a package is damaged, please contact us at knotsintime5@gmail.com. Please include a photo of the packaging and damaged product, and a photo of the packing slip with order number.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or issue a refund, minus any shipping fees.
Holiday Shipping:
During the holiday season, please expect longer processing and shipping times due to increased demand.
Please be aware that shipping carriers often experience delays during the holiday season. While we will make every effort to get your order to you on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.
